I think the Sci-Fi companion series to Twisted Tales that Tim was thinking of was probably Alien Worlds. Like Twisted Tales, it was originally published by Pacific Comics and then by Eclipse. I wasn’t able to find anything on the Grand Comics Database listing an adaptation of “Colony,” though it’s possible that it was adapted without credit (or that they did a story that was just really similar). Thank you! That was exactly the series I was trying to remember. I think the story I was thinking of shared a few elements, but ultimately was not a “Colony” adaptation.
